The TAASK Planning tool is a web based platform used to create schedules and rotas for TAASK courses.

 

Data is imported from the SVPortal (portal.sfai.se), which is where course participants and members of each course’s faculty, enrol on courses.

 

The following details are automatically or manually retrieved for confirmed course participants’ course enrolment details:

 

Name

Grade (e.g. ’specialist anesthesiologist’, ’nurse anesthetist’)

Place of work (‘hospital’)

 

The following details are retrieved for faculty:

Name

Grade

Email address

Phone number

 

Lists of particpants, schedules and rotas are generated within the portal and shared with course participants using links that are embedded in the course’s page in the SVPortal. In addition to course partipants, the following have access to the data: the TAASK Secretariat, programmers at Wiklex, which is the company that has developed the planning tool, the TAASK Development Group (see www.taask.nu ).

 

The above-mentioned open links expire within 2 months of each course, however the data is stored for as long as there is a possibility that participants might attend a future course since it will be necessary to know in which cases they have taken part. Data are not shared with parties unconnected to TAASK or used in marketing.

 

Participants are welcome to contact the TAASK Secretariat if they wish to see or remove their data from the server. kansi@taask.nu.
